Last Updated: April 17, 2026
Company Name: F5 Operations
Website: F5roofing.com

1. Program Description and Acceptance of Terms

F5 Operations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates one or more text messaging, email, and call programs (collectively, the “Programs”) to communicate with customers and prospects regarding our services. These Programs may include, without limitation:

  • Service‑related alerts and reminders.

  • Customer support and scheduling updates.

  • Post‑project follow‑up communications, including satisfaction surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS) collection, qualitative feedback about completed work, and invitations to leave public reviews on third‑party platforms.

  • Where permitted, limited informational or promotional messages related to our services.

By providing your contact information (including your mobile phone number and email address) and opting in to receive messages from us, or by using our Website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not enroll in any Program or use the Website.

  • Program / Brand Name(s): “F5 Operations Customer Communications”

  • Program Description: One‑time and recurring communications by SMS, MMS, phone, and email related to service scheduling and support, post‑project surveys (including NPS), feedback collection, and invitations to leave public reviews, as well as other service‑related and, where permitted, limited promotional messages.

2. Message Frequency and Charges

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and which Programs you join (for example, number of projects, survey requests, or inbound inquiries).

  • Your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages according to your mobile plan. You are responsible for any such charges.

3. Opt‑In and Opt‑Out

You may opt in to receive messages from us by, for example, submitting a form on our Website that includes consent language, requesting text or email updates, providing your information during a service interaction, or otherwise agreeing to receive communications.

Opt‑Out Instructions (STOP):

  • To stop receiving text messages from a Program, reply “STOP” to any message we send you.

  • After you send “STOP,” we may send you a one‑time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from that Program. After this, you will no longer receive messages from that specific Program, but you may still receive messages from other Programs you have joined (unless and until you opt out of those Programs as well).

Help Instructions (HELP):

  • If you need assistance with a Program, reply “HELP” to any message or contact us using the information in Section 6 (Customer Support).

You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 6 to request that we stop sending messages via SMS, email, or phone.

4. Carrier Disclosures

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of a Program and performance of message delivery may be affected by your carrier’s coverage and network conditions.

5. Post‑Project Survey and Review Requests

After a project or service is completed, we may contact you by phone, SMS/MMS, or email to:

  • Request that you complete a satisfaction survey.

  • Collect a Net Promoter Score (NPS) or other rating regarding your experience.

  • Gather qualitative feedback about the work that was performed.

  • Ask you to leave a review on public platforms (such as online review or social media sites), at your discretion.

Your participation in surveys, feedback requests, or public reviews is voluntary. Declining to participate will not affect your ability to receive services from us.

6. Customer Support and Contact Information

If you have questions about these Terms or any Program, or if you need help, please contact us:

  • Phone: 918-899-4339

  • Email: karen@f5ops.com

  • Mailing Address: 10820 E 11th St, Bldg B STE 201, Tulsa OK 74128

You may also reply HELP to any text message for assistance.

7. Link to Privacy Policy

For more information about how we collect, use, and share your information, including information collected through the Programs and the Website, please review our Privacy Policy below in Section 8 (“Privacy Policy”).

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how F5 Operations ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our Website (f5roofing.com), open one of our social media "link in bio" pages or tracked links (described in Section 8.2.4), submit a request to us, or participate in any of our Programs, including our post‑project survey, feedback, and review‑request campaigns.

It applies to information collected through the Website, our link in bio pages and tracked links, our Programs (including SMS/MMS, email, and calls), and related online interactions. It does not apply to information collected offline (for example, by phone or in person) unless we specifically say so.

The Website and Programs are intended for users located in the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.

By accessing or using the Website or participating in any Program, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

8.2 Information We Collect

8.2.1 Information You Provide

When you request a quote or service, contact us, or participate in a Program, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and service address.

  • Project details: the type of project, a description of the work, whether it is an emergency, how you heard about us, and any photos you upload.

  • Communications: messages you send us through forms, SMS/MMS, email, or other channels.

  • Survey responses and feedback, including NPS scores, ratings, and comments about completed work.

You do not have to provide personal information to browse the Website, but we may not be able to respond to a request without it.

8.2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website or our link in bio pages, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you use the pages, such as:

  • Pages and activity: the pages you view, how long you spend on them and how far you scroll, the buttons and links you tap (including our phone number, email address, and links to other sites), and how far you get through our quote form. We record that you moved through the form's steps, not what you type into it.

  • How you found us: the website or app that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, and which of our social media pages or links you tapped.

  • Device information: device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), browser, and whether you are using an app's built‑in browser (for example, Instagram's).

  • Technical data: IP address, approximate timestamps, and identifiers stored in cookies or local storage (see Section 8.2.3). Google Analytics may estimate your general location (such as city or state) from your IP address. Our own visit measurement (Section 8.2.3) uses your IP address only to protect against abuse and does not store it.

The web addresses we store with your visit history don't include the extra information that sometimes appears after a "?" in a link (except campaign tags), because those parts of a link can contain personal details.

8.2.3 Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We use the following technologies on the Website. Some are operated by third parties, which collect information under their own privacy policies.

  • Squarespace (website hosting). Our Website is hosted by Squarespace, which sets cookies needed for the site to work and keep it secure, and cookies it uses to provide us with site statistics. See Squarespace's privacy policy and cookie policy.

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Website. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as ga and ga_ followed by an ID) that can last up to two years, and Google processes the information it collects under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add‑on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • Visit measurement by our marketing agency. Neat Media House, our marketing agency, measures visits to the Website and to our link in bio pages for us. It stores a random visitor ID in a cookie on our own domain (_nm_v) and in your browser's local storage, and a visit ID that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity (_nm_s). On our link in bio pages at neatlytics.com, the equivalent cookies are named for our business (for example, nmv_f5roofing). The visitor ID can last up to about 13 months, or less where your browser limits it. These IDs are random and contain no personal details on their own. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this measurement doesn't set any IDs or record anything.

  • Dub (tracked links). Some links we share, including the buttons on our link in bio pages, are short links run by Dub (for example, neatlytics.link links). When you tap one, Dub records the tap (including time, approximate location, device, and referring site) and adds a click ID to the link. A Dub script on our Website stores that click ID in a cookie (dub_id) so that, if you later send us a request, we can tell which link brought you to us (see Section 8.3).

  • RealWork Labs. The Website includes a RealWork Labs feature that displays our recent projects and reviews. When it loads, your browser connects to RealWork Labs, which receives standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

  • Social media links. Our links to Facebook and Instagram are plain links; those sites only receive information if you follow the link.

8.2.4 Link in Bio Pages and Tracked Links

Our social media profiles link to "link in bio" pages at neatlytics.com, run by Neat Media House for us. When you tap a button on one of these pages, the tap passes through go.neatlytics.com, which records which button you tapped. If the button leads to our Website, it also adds a short‑lived, signed code to the link so the visit to our Website can be connected to that tap. The code expires after 30 minutes and is removed from your browser's address bar as soon as our Website loads. It contains only random IDs, not personal details.

8.3 How Your Visit Is Connected to Your Request

When you submit our quote form, your browser's visitor and visit IDs (Section 8.2.3) are sent along with your request. We use them to connect your request to the visits you made beforehand: how you first found us (for example, our Instagram page), the link you tapped, the pages you viewed, and your progress through the form. If you came to us through a tracked link, we also send your name, email address, and the link's click ID to Dub so it can record that the link produced a request.

We use this to understand which of our marketing works and to respond to your request well. It isn't used to make decisions about you by automated means, and it isn't sold. If no visit history was recorded (for example, because your browser blocks it or sends a Global Privacy Control signal), we still receive your request in full.

8.4 How We Use Your Information

Depending on how you interact with us, we use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, provide estimates, schedule appointments, and deliver our services.

  • Communicate with you, including confirmations, reminders, follow‑up, and customer support.

  • Run our post‑project survey, NPS, feedback, and review‑request Programs.

  • Understand how visitors find and use the Website and link in bio pages, measure which marketing brings in requests, and improve our Website and marketing.

  • Protect against fraud, misuse, and security incidents, and maintain the security of our systems.

  • Comply with legal requirements and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means.

8.5 Communications and Text Messaging Privacy

If you provide your phone number or email address, you may receive communications from us as described in Sections 1–6 and 8.4.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we may send SMS/MMS messages related to your current or past projects or services; satisfaction surveys and NPS requests; feedback requests about work performed; invitations to leave public reviews; and service‑related messages and, where permitted, limited promotional messages related to our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 6.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text‑message consent information, or opt‑out status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as messaging platforms, phone companies, and other vendors assisting with SMS delivery) or as required by law.

8.6 Your Choices About Cookies and Tracking

  • Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Some parts of the Website may not work properly if you block necessary cookies.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, our agency's visit measurement (Section 8.2.3) does not set IDs or record your visit, and taps on our link in bio pages aren't recorded. Other tools on the Website, such as Google Analytics, Squarespace, Dub, and RealWork Labs, may not respond to GPC; use the options below for those.

  • Google Analytics. Use Google's opt‑out browser add‑on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so the Website does not respond to them. Use the options above instead.

8.7 Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below.

8.7.1 Service Providers

We share information with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, including:

  • Squarespace, which hosts the Website.

  • Google, for Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and Google Sheets, where we keep a copy of form submissions.

  • Zapier, which delivers form submissions to our business systems.

  • monday.com, where we manage requests and projects.

  • Dub, which runs our tracked links and records which link produced a request (Section 8.3).

  • Neat Media House, our marketing agency, which runs our link in bio pages, our visit measurement, and a client portal where your request and the visit history connected to it are stored for us.

  • RealWork Labs, which displays our projects and reviews on the Website.

  • Messaging, email, and phone providers that help us communicate with you.

These providers may use personal information only to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use personal information for their own independent marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. All categories of sharing described in this Section exclude mobile contact information and text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that assist us in delivering our text messages or as required by law.

8.7.2 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our agreements or policies; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others; or (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.

8.7.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

8.8 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email, text messages, and chat may not be encrypted end‑to‑end; please do not send sensitive information through these channels. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us using the information in Section 6.

8.9 Links to Other Websites

The Website may link to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. Please review the privacy policies of any website you visit.

8.10 Children's Privacy

The Website and Programs are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

8.11 Data Retention

  • Visit history not connected to a request (Section 8.2.3) is deleted automatically after 18 months.

  • Requests you send us, and the visit history connected to them, are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, administer our Programs, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Information held by third parties (such as Google Analytics, Dub, and Squarespace) is kept according to their retention settings and policies.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de‑identify, or securely dispose of it.

8.12 Changes to These Terms and This Policy

We may update these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Website or participation in any Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

8.13 Privacy Rights and Choices (U.S. Residents)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process personal information about you and request access to it.

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

  • Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

  • Opt out of certain uses of personal information.

  • Appeal a decision about your request, where required by law.

To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 6. We may need to verify your identity first. Where permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us and stating that you are submitting an appeal.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 6. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If your request is denied, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us and stating that you are submitting an appeal.

Cookie and Advertising Choices

You can control cookies and similar technologies by:

  • Adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

  • Using any cookie preference tools or banners that may be available on the Website.

  • Using certain browser signals (such as Global Privacy Control) that communicate your preference to opt out of certain cookie‑based uses, where required by applicable law.

Please note that blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the Website, and some cookies are necessary for the Website to operate.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, we may allow certain third‑party partners to collect information through cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and measurement. You can opt out of certain cookie‑based advertising through the controls described above.
